Need help identifying (possibly) missing bolt on starter

Recently got back from a trip to Grand Teton NP. Upon arrival at the KOA in Casper, WY (our first overnight stop), I discovered my trailer to be covered in oil and oil dripping from the underside of my truck - the very kind folks at Second Wind Performance confirmed what I thought - rear main seal - and were able to fit me in and got it fixed the next day and I made it to GT as planned (thanks, SWP! you guys are awesome!).

I happened to be looking around under the truck this morning (slight trans leak from the 8 pin plug - my next project!) and it looks like a bolt may be missing - see pic. Is there supposed to be one there? If so, what size is it? I found a Mopar part number 4429834 starter motor screw but am not sure if that is it (if, in fact I need one). Any help appreciated. There are three 12-point bolts that hold the starter on. All three go in from the other side of your pic.
