Ok, I need some help figuring this one out. I have a 97 3500 and when I turn the key from off to run, relays, dash lights and such start going crazy. Sounds like the almost dead battery when you try to start an old Chevy or ford and the solenoid rattles. When I turn to start, nothing. I drove it up and parked it, then 2 days later this. I have 13.2 volts on both batteries (did not load test). I have isolated it down to something after fuse 9 in the dash fuse block, engine control I believe. From fuse 9 it goes to splice 114 and from there to Automatic shut down relay, Trans relay and splice 132 and on the the PCM. Splice 132 feeds the Fuel shut down solenoid and relay. Also feeds the fuel heater and relay. I'm fairly new to diesels but given the proper info can fix most things.
