Need Motel recommendation in Albuquerque

OK - My wife and myself need to find a motel recommendation for Sunday 15 Aug in Albuquerque. Any recommendations - I don't want to pay for a 5 star place as we're only going to be essentially sleeping there one night - but want some place that is OK... ... and reasonable in $$$$$

Howard Johnson Eubank and I-40 east side of town. I stayed there a lot in the '80s, was clean at that time and medium range in price.



I like the LaQuita's best of all though. If I remember right, they are at I-25 N and Montgomery??

Clubhouse Inn, it's near the I40-25 confluence. When I was stationed in So. New Mexico we'd go to Abq quite a few times a year and finally settled on it. They have reasonable rates, clean rooms, have a free social hour(s) w/adult beverages, and a full breakfast buffet that comes with the room.

Motel 6, Just south of Tramway exit, east side, on left coming from north. 1 mile to casino and several restaurants.
