Hello members. I have a 98. 5 24 valve that started leaking fuel at the sending unit. Since I have already plumbed a new 1/2" supply line with AN fittings in a different location, i figured I'd do the same thing with the return line that is leaking at sending unit on top of tank. Are there any considerations concerning the return line, like does it need some type of restriction to maintain fuel pressure? I have a pusher pump mounted on frame next 2 the tank, thanks Mike

I guess as long as you dump into the canister you won't change original design: the warmed fuel in the return line actually pre heats the fuel going out. You don't heat all 35 gals, only about 1/2 gal in the canister. If you live in a warm climate, it may not be an issue, but if it gets below freezing... you don't want a breakdown (frozen line) on a cold day.
