2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need some QUICK info??

Ok guys and gals... . got a deal on a 99 and and a 01 dually bed... 99 is red... same as my 2500, but mine is hammered, what I need to know is if there is a kit to make mine a dually?? or is it better off to try and find a 1 ton rearend... mine is 3. 54 gears... I guess both these beds are in excellent condition, took them off to put flat beds on... there ranchers, he wants 900 for the both of them... but there like 375 miles on way away... so I'm thinkin at least 150 for gas alone... is this a deal... they both come with the rear bumpers, lights ect..... let me know soon if ya can and if there is some kind of conversion for my 99 2500 to accomadate the bed... thanks everyone...
