Looking for sources- I'm needing an in bed fuel tank for a 2000 Ford Ranger. 50-100 gallon size range.

This will be used as a fuel truck for tractor fuel- not fuel for the pickup.

We could make one in our shop but I would rather just buy one with DOT approval (if that matters?)

Thanks- Mike

Hi Mike,
The larger rental businesses in my area carry fuel transfer tanks like your looking for. That would be a real good place to look first. Good Luck.

One of my neighbors has a BIG RIG tank in his bed, I wonder if that meets the approval criteria?

Then again I just looked up and realized this is not for the Ram... . oops

Rob, the tank of diesel will help attract a Cummins when the Ranger's broke down on the roadside.

Especially at current prices!

Just kidding now, all you jealous Ford guys! :;

Mike Check with whoever sells toolboxes in your area. Delta, and Dee Zee are two that come to mind. They have them available in various sizes and shape, steel and aluminum.
