edge comp box had every other bar lit this morning?

I am considering purchasing Haisley's DD Street puller clutch for my 97. I would like to hear from those of you who are using this clutch in their daily driver and from those who tow with it. I am mainly concerned with how grabby it is while taking off from a stop empty and pulling a trailer. I really like the Mcleod DD in my cousin's truck but I want a clutch that will stand up to some occasional sled pulling. TIA.

Haisley's is a modified McLeod clutch. I haven't had any experience with them, but I know two people in Lexington, KY who run them and swear by them. Jacob Bradford is one and Chris ???? is the other. They are daily driven trucks that are driven to the pulls, pulled, and then drove home.

Jacob told me he had like 30 hooks on his (he bought the clutch to pull with, not just "occasional pull") before he had to have it rebuilt.
