Nerf Bars

I would appreciate it if the members might give me a recommendation for some HD nerf bars for my truck. I would like them in black and preferably to go back to the bed terminating in front of the rear tires. I have a club cab (w/o back doors. ) See my signature for my web site with some pics of the truck.

Westin, Smitty Bilt, MAPP, WAAG, etc. Most name bands are fine. Look int he back of 4 wheeler mag for discount stores. Also, www.summitracing.com carries them.

I believe WAAG is the only company I know that has there bars go wheel to wheel. I have them on my truck and like them. Do a search and for step bars from ToolmanTimTaylor and you'll see he posted som closeup pics. We both have them with the Aluminum steps however you can get them black.

He told me about a place in Norwalk who could get them Quick, I had them In 2 days after the inquery. I believe they were called performance specialties .

How do they handle the problem of frame flexing with bars that go wheel to wheel? The running boards all seem to break at the front of the box.

Waag come in black only. Go Rhino has them in black or Stn Stl. They both run from WW to WW and bolt to the frame.

Yes, they are in black, however the treads are aluminum and are either brush or black.
