hey all. i am looking for new nerf bars for my dodge dually. the ones i want are 4" stainless wheel to wheel with kickouts at the dualls. i'm curious if anyone has them. what you think. andwhere you got them. the only ones i can find are 1300 bucks. kinda spendy. but it is alot of bar. i would like to see some pics if anyone has them. i have only seen a couple pics of them on a truck but they don't show much. any help would be appreciated. it's a big purchase.

the one picture i saw looked awesome. but i wanna see a couple more before i drop that kind of dough. gives it a tough bulldog look to the truck.

You can get 4" w/w Putco Boss Bars from realtruck.com

I have them, but mine are for a srw so they do not kick out at the rear like the ones for drw do. My only complaint has been the step pads, I have had to re-glue all of them and the rear end caps, I used Permatex "Pit Crew's Choice" adhesive/sealant, no issues since.

The problem with weeny bars, is if you run over a snow bank, they will easily bend up and restrict your door from opening, plus they do not protect the side of your truck from road spray.

I have seen some wheel to wheel SS running boards that look good, and actually keep all the road grime off the side of the truck. If anybody knows who makes these, I would be grateful.

I've got the factory nerf bars on my truck now. I just want the longer wheel to wheel to reach into the side of the bed at the rear wheel for 5W towing purposes when I need to get to the hitch. I also called IC who makes these and asked about bending, said they've been making them for a long time with no problems
