Never Thought I'd See It

Not just a 4th Gen. thread, but I drove by a local fuel station today and diesel was $1.99/gal. Never thought in my lifetime I'd see it under $2.00.

2.419 here in Bangor, Maine today. Was cheaper several weeks ago but they have since changed to winter fuel which is always .30 per gallon higher.

Dang! 87 octane isn't even that low here. $1.80 is the lowest I've seen gas and $2.20 for #2.

I have one notoriously high Sunoco premium diesel @3.99- believe it. I paid $1.99 and ~1.79 for reg gasoline this weekend in NJ. Everything got tanked up

Been paying around $2.59 in Komifornia PalmSprings area. Heading to Phoenix, AZ tomorrow will be interesting to see how much lower fuel is there.

Diesel was as low as 1.71 and 87 gas was at 1.64 in Warner Robins GA. A couple time diesel was cheaper than gas. Of course I still have about 100 gals on board, but when I get low enough to buy some, it'll shoot back up. I can get a nickel off with the card I have at the station I use and it is BIO FREE. They don't charge anymore for the reg diesel over the BIO

Shoot, I love cruising me some PA roads. They're paved with gold compared to Ohio roads. Drive any Interstate road across the OH/PA border, you'll swear you went from asphalt to Dirt once you cross into Ohio :-laf

I paid $2.02/gallon on Monday at a Sam's Club and than my wife fills up the VW,TDI for $2.00/gallon yesterday at a Meijer's station with gas at $2.07 for 87 octane.

Across the river from us there is a station that is selling diesel at $2.39 a gallon, go figure!
