Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Went to the local Dodge dealer this AM. They had just gotten in an '04 optioned almost exactly the way I would have ordered it. It's now mine.

Many thanks to all those who post to these forums. I have gone through this site rather thoroughly over the past several months and the info has been invaluable.
For those who may be curious. The list was $41,090. The current $1000 rebate on the '04s was nice. The truck is as described in my updated sig and has the following additional options:
light, protection, trailer tow, and security groups, fold flat floor, shift on the fly, sliding rear window, folding tow mirrors, fog lamps, Infinity 6-disc, steering wheel audio, leather steering wheel and power pedals (wife is 5"4", I am 6'1" so it should be useful). The truck also has dealer installed chrome nerf bars.
The only thing missing is the alloys and some good (and big) A/Ts- I will be fixing that soon!
