Very good-that is why you get the big bucks after all and I am the lowly R&D guy who has apparently been spending too much time lately chasing golf balls instead of diligently pursuing dieselspeed opportunities.



You will be glad to know however that I did finally get my turbo, manifold and injectors installed. Haven't even blown anything up yet... ... although I am pursuing a fuel supply problem that has not allowed me yet to achieve WOT... ... . but I digress.

Pillar mounts for the 03 are on the way and should be available shortly. This will help place at least 3 of the gauges.

I'm staying away from pillar mounts on my 03. There isn't going to be enough room to stuff 3 gauges below the handle, so that means they'll have to intrude on my viewing area, either by the windshield or the side window, or they'll take away my handle, which I also refuse to have happen. I like my handle



Further thought this weekend has shown me a couple places where gauges will fit nice, and be in the line of sight during a gauge sweep, which why Rod's Pods were developed in the first place.



As for 98 - 01 availability, we're getting some kinks out of the molds and then we'll be ready to fly. Probably 1st week of November, maybe the 2nd week.

Same here, I want to keep the handle in my '03. I am waiting for a dash pod myself. I don't want to loose the cubby and it's too far out of line of sight for me.
