Darkhorse... I will be gone this weekend, but if you want help finding a potential problem, I would be more than happy to help you. You can find my numbers in the TDR companion. Remember to keep your rpms above 2000 while your heavy on the go pedal, else your clutch wont live long... especially when you tow.
As far as boost numbers go, readings will vary depending on which port is used. It sounds to me like everything is ok, unless you have a boost leak around the air intake horn.
As far as the rest of the instal, if it runs smooth, and isnt making oil or leaking externally, I would guess that end of it is fine.
