Truck Count for NE Wrench Day

North East! Wow Big Turnout

Yes for Saturday, if we're not doing Sunday I have to know really soon.

(I need directions..... unless there's gonna be a CONVOY:p )

I don't have anything to put on the truck cause I got no $$$$

I will bring my kind of beer (if anyone else would like some they can have some)... ... ... ... ... ... ..... DARK BEER IS GOOD BEER! or is that Free beer is good beer... . I can't remember now. :D Oo.

C-ya all there

I'm a big fat maybe. I have to work so I may end up showing up late. Around 4-6 pm or so. we'll see, I'm going to try to pull some strings. ;)

Sunday is a definite negative. I have a class till 4:00.

Do a donut for me. (not the edible kind either)

Did I hear someone say "... dark beer... "?!

The only thing better than beer is Guinness... and that's stout!

I'm so proud of myself for making the pilgrimmage to Dublin... . for the sole reason of seeing where my beer comes from. The rest of the trip was superfluous! :D

FireChick,

I think Sunday is a definite for whoever wants to go. The issue was getting enough folks to reserver the track and have it all to ourselves. You can imagine that this is expensive, but managable if there are enough of us. We just didn't get enough definites to make it a good bet to reserver.

BigDig,

Wrench Days at Scott's start as early as anyone can comfortably make it, especially if lots of people have lots to do. I've seen people at Scott's shop by 7:30, but not many. Most will drift in during the day, so don't be afraid to be fashionably late.

Sounds like EVERYONE is bringing beer. I sure hope it's enough. Anyone got an opener?

Anyone got an opener?

I have a Cummins powered bottle opener that I drive around everyday. A reciever hitch makes a great bottle opener when properly operated. I'll give lessons if necesary.

4) Whats ever needed.

Any convoys started to emerge from CT yet?

CT Convoy...

I will be leaving Bridgeport between 7:30 & 8:00am. Will be traveling Rt 8 to Rt 84 in Waterbury to Hartford. Anyone wants to hook up along the way, let me know!

I would be interested in coming. Possibly following formula up.

I have no idea how to do a KDP but i would be interested in trying it. My truck is new to me and has never had it done.

Oh yeah it's a 92 D250 "red label" Club Cab

I have done everything you could think of to my little Mazda race car but have never worked on a big truck like this.

Pizza sounds good to me.

Oh also I would like to check what my timing is at and if there was a way to get a bit more go power without getting too crazy. Oh yeah one more thing my truck makes a funky noise in 4th when i get on it(98 NV4500) maybe someone could tell me if it is normal or should i worry.

Chris

Uh... Hum... JLEONARD... posted right above yours... you feelin OK:D

We gonna need to do a convoy from the south shore? Carver, Middleboro, Plymouth, Mattapoiset? Its a long haul from here ya know!:D

Torque This,

Sounds good to meet up. How about the first stop on your itinerary be the truck stop off exit 27 on I-84? What time will you be there? Shall we give a fifteen minute window?

MTE

Matt,

Bridgeport to Southington, is that the truck stop by 691?? If so, probably 45 minutes for me to get there. If it's the one you're talking about, let's say 8:30'ish. Sound Good?? Anyone here from BigDaddy yet? I know TMTT won't be going, he'll be in Canada.

Yes, that's the one. Exit 27 is 691 and 28 is the T/A. 8:30 sounds fine. We can wait till 8:45 for anyone who wants to come, then blow on out. If FireChick wants to meet us, we can wait at the rest area around Exit 71 (is that where it is?) but we'll have to establish the arrival time for that as well.

Haven't heard from Joe. He's welcome to join us, of course. TDews might want to join in as well!
