For a tip, start feeding them. It'll make it all worth while in the end. After they find the feed, start moving it closer to something she likes... . like her car, house, chicken house, whatever. When the rut comes about, which is soon, they'll be carving those stack on whatever they find closeby... ... then you might just have to be in the right place at the right time, and you might get a chance to fill your freezer... ... my mother was much the same way. And, the more you feed, the more will come around, so it's easier to blame one missing on some random hunter down the road... ...

(and feeding them will make them keep coming around after one comes up "missing") You could also start to feed in two places. One close to the house in sight, and another just over the hill, out of sight. The blood stains won't be easily noticed there.
Also, there's always the weekend she's gone. Or few hours. I don't know if I could resist... . I already sleep with one eye open, so I don't know if it's that bad..... and, as I have to remind my wife from time to time... . I work on the brakes around here.....
