Even though you have fuel coming out the lines at the injectors, you will still have to build enough pressure to pop the injectors,the best way to do it is if you have fuel at the injectors,is to tighten 4 lines down,leave 2 loose,you may have to crank it 10-15 times to build pressure in the injectors,don't crank over 15 seconds at a time,because starter will get very hot. once she starts to fire tighten down the other 2 ingector lines at the head,Hope this helps,The only other thing that would cause it not to fire,valves to tight,or air in system...
