I’ve had the for a little over a year. The HID bulbs are absolutely amazing. These also have a coating to prevent yellowing, I haven’t experienced any downside from it.

But most people (including me) are not wanting to have to buy lights, take them apart using heat, and then retrofit them, and reassemble. If these HID lights you posted are pre-assembled and guaranteed to work then that would be a game changer.

I agree I would not want to do all that either. They are completely assembled an come with a wiring kit that plugs directly into your stock harness. The replacement bulbs are pricy but I haven’t had to buy one yet, my local parts store carries them an they are no harder to change than an OEM bulb. Also the price includes two brand new “LAMPS”, I believe when I talked to him he would knock off $100 if you sent him yours to be retrod.

Yep the aftermarket ones put the adj screws where you can't reach all of them, I've actually loosened the screws that mount the headlights and placed shims (washers or whatever) between screws and fender mounts with ½ decent success...

I did the headlight upgrade using sterns parts. Pretty much made the harness and relay holder and bought the headlights he recommended. My truck is a pleasure to drive at night now. Here is the thread.

I am about to use a cerakote headlight treatment for two different Toyota's here. It is a ceramic coating and it is permanent and does not need reapplying later. I use a lot of other cerakote coatings on car restorations and I am always impressed. I wish I could report it's performance, but I have not used it yet. Their trim coat product I have used on my 01 3500 trim and on a faded and chalked 450 Kodiak quad. That product is amazing and made the quad and truck trim look near new. Here is a link to the headlight coating. I will report on it when I get a chance to see it's performance. Like a 3M product, I have never been sorry I purchased from cerakote.

I put some led tractor lights on the front tired of buying junk that doesn’t last and they are brighter and work better anyway .
