Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) new injectors and lots of boost

i installed new 330 injectors from pensicola diesel truck runs great but now it will pull about 32-34 psi of boost is there something i did or is this normal and will these numbers hurt a stock motor with 285,000 miles

Fuel makes boost for the most part. How are your egt's?

egts seem to be ok but i havent hooked it to a heavy load yet

If you have stock turbo the boost levels are getting close where a lot of heat is made.

With the extra fueling the boost levels seem realistic.

I assume your wastegate is blocked or you are running a boost elbow (or a different turbo)? The stock wastegate should open long before you are hitting those numbers.

Stock wastegate and boost elbow in mine and i can build 37 psi, but at 37 psi i also see 1350 egts, anything over 34 out of the stock turbo is pure heat.
