Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) New leak detected...power steering?

My 2001 3500 is used for towing the 5th wheel, so it may be months before I drive it. Last night I noticed a puddle on the concrete under the front axle, more to the drivers side. I checked the fluid and it is clean/clear and appears to be power steering fluid. Today, I looked up under the truck and it seems to be coming from the power steering reservoir. I didn't see any oil on the shaft going to the vacuum pump. So, before digging in, I searched the forums here and noticed the vacuum pump repair kit used a lot, but if it was my vacuum pump leaking, wouldn't it be engine oil that is being leaked?

What's the most common problem with the power steering leak? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I had a similar leak, and it turned out to be the vacuum pump. The fluid appeared clear, as well. A rebuild kit fixed it.
