How many people are planning on showing up at auges on the 12th for the sandia showdown????

Anyone else going besides me? Is the registration per truck, per person, per adult? I'm bringing my 2 boys and maybe the wife, she had surgery on her knee last year and still doesnt get around to well, but she loves anything diesel.

Im goin, and I talked to Joe D and he will be there also.

If I get ambitious, I may even enter my truck.

I think the registration is per person, if they want the shirt and the food. Personally, If I was bringing the wife (I think she has to work), I'd just send her across the street to blakes when lunch time comes. I doubt she'd ever wear the shirt anyways.

*****I got a copy of my NMTDR members list (thanks JWolf) so you dont need to send me emails anymore, I got em again*************

Me and my oldest boy are going. He would wear the shirt so it was another $15.

At least he likes diesels.....

Yeah it doesnt say much except for the 4 wheel course (which I'm not interested in) and some sort of show and shine. I'm planning on going just to meet some of you guys and see what the vendor's bring.

Well, to be honest, I guess I wouldnt count on much being there. I've kinda lost faith in Robert Auge over the past year or so.

Oh yeah, Just FYI Dean, my family from silver was in town last weekend and they told me that Kurt closed shop.

Wonder if he headed back to Mexico?

Hope you all have a great time tomorrow, I won't be attending. My dad has some health issues that require me to stay home. Hopefully something else will come up in the near future so I can meet some of you gentlemen.

Dunno, guess its a possiblility...

sorry you couldnt make it. hope your dad is doing OK. I didnt make it till late, so I missed most of it.

Just wanted to say hello to all my fellow TDR New Mexicans. I live in Tijeras. Ive been an "offical" member of TDR for 2 years or so but have been lurking on the TDR board for 5 years. This is my first post in this section.

Im on my 4th cummins. 2 2nd gens and 2 3rd gens. I pull my 18' trailer alot, sometimes my 5er and like to run at the drag races once in a while. My best is a 15. 1 quarter. Hope to see ya'll around sometime.

Jake

P. S.

anyone selling a 4x4 tractor w/loader or like to trade one for a 2000 30' Jayco eagle?

PSS... whats up with the NMTDR forum? I registered and it wont let me post?

Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Jeff.

Welcome, Jake.

I dunno why you cant post on NMTDR. It should work fine..... as long as you are not trying to post in the administrative forum. you tried to post in the general forum?? If its not working, contact Jeff Wolf. He's our webmaster.

I think a 15. 1 is the fastest NM TDR member so far. there is another cummins that runs at the strip that runs 13. 9, but he's not a TDR member.

anyways, hope to see ya around.

Thanks Jeff... . I will try again today. Soon as I get my shift kit or lock up switch in I know I will be in the 14's. My damn transmission holds 3rd too long.

Does anyone know of any good shop here in the area that can install a transbuddy shift kit or an ATS valve body? Havent decide on which one to get yet!

Glen's rebuilding on Isleta in the South Valley is just a little hole in the wall but does some good High performance transmission work, and have done quite a few ATS trannies. 877-4353
