PS: just noticed that the post count is "lost" - shud be over 700 by now but must be the server change out/crashing
no Ben they juz lots a few toes chopp'in wood. . and now can't count that high... yup youzins lost a big count me to but no biggie I can't count that hi anyways
and then some other too. Wayne is in Belen and comes to KAFB for work. I go from back side (Costco) of KAFB to the Big I area. Weekends outta town - mostly Lake City, CO. This weekend Denver for the RMTDR get-2-getter and then to get awning on rv. Work normally Tue-Fri.
There are other mbrs around but no-one ever wanted/wants to form up. We could use the Cummins mtg room and at one time they would have supplied door prizes. Haven't talked to them about a mtg for 2yrs or so... ... usually there about 1 x every 2-3 months for filters... .
Cant miss Wayne's (I guess it does count if you see the truck & sticker - but cnt post it every time you see it ) as he has a side 2500/Cummins plate on the rear. I have a louverd 5th gate with enuff stickers on the bumper to need more power to pull em (including a y2k) to the rt of the hitch. One of the first to be on the road in NM and too many ques - sooo put the yr on it. TDR on the bug shield - soon to be removed --fading. Hope to get a stack on it one of these days - time & $$'s permitting. Gotta get a clutch first - 91+k (3yr old next month) on the org but on hoofs 9&10.
Yeah Ben I'm one of them that has too little time anymore. I'm badgeless with the exception of a Mag-Hytec rear diff. cover. Not many of those running around. I've been to all the Auge/TDR events and need to check the date for the one this fall. Went up to one of the RMTDR meets last year at Stakemans shop one Saturday. Made a day run out of it up and back to Denver. Met some good guys and got to see some goodies on others trucks.
I'm in the north end of ABQ and I've talked with Shooter here in town a few times about trucks and Arctic Fox 5th wheels, but have yet to meet him in person too.
East bound I40 yesterday (4-25) afternoon - brown/tan 4x4 with NICE sounding pipe. Might be straight? Caught you as you were headed north on I25 and then east... ...
Why is everyone in Albuquerque? Only been here a month but I'm lonely Dodge down here in Las Cruces. Ive seen a few (all stock), none of real interest. I go to KAFB once a month for my little Military get together. Maybe see some of you guys one of these weekends.
I saw a white QC LB 2nd generation with a big slide in camper at Wal Mart in Littleton,CO at C-470 and Bowles today with New Mexico plates that say Blue Highway (abbreviated) and a TDR sticker in the back window of the camper.
