Plantiff- yes because after all I am not in the position to park the vehicle indefinatly in addition the recall states:
and not that it WILL result in a loss of steering and that the vehicle should be parked until further notice.

And was told my truck was not involved in the recall, additionally I supplied the dealer with a copy of the NHTSA notice and was informed they are not doing anything about it at this time.Remedy:
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE STEERING LINKAGE DRAG LINK INNER TIE ROD END ASSEMBLY, AND INSPECT THE STEERING LINKAGE DAMPER BRACKET FREE OF CHARGE

THIS COULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND THE RESTRICTED ABILITY TO TURN THE VEHICLE IN ONE DIRECTION INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.
and not that it WILL result in a loss of steering and that the vehicle should be parked until further notice.
