This comment was about a 95 ford psd in the rain in Las Vegas. It was like being on ice. Note, this was most likely due to oil coming up on the road.

And the reduced torque management, and suspension design... as I stated.

I referenced the new truck only based on the way you worded your response to him. The way you write your responses is often difficult to follow your train of thought. It often takes 3-4 times reading them (especially in the gear thread).

Yes.. On the psd, it was a long bed. So it was light in the rear. Did not rain for some time in Las Vegas.. So there was a lot of oil on the roads. When the rain came, the oil comes up on top of the asphalt. This made the road like an ice rink.Very slick.So there are times when 4x4 is used even in just rain. The instruction for four wheel drive us is" Never use 4x4 on DRY HARD SURFACES"..
