Driveline shakes like hell under acceleration, the more the worse. From about 25-40 mph. No matter what gear. New aftermarket auto.

Clears up after 40-max speed. No shake at all there. Also none below 20.

Pulling driveshaft next.

Any any other ideas?

EDIT

I just remembered that there were some washers left out on reassembly. Maybe they were under the carrier bearing?

If all else fails you might want to spin the torque converter 180 degrees on the flexplate. Stacked tolerances can sometimes cause an imbalance. Rebuilt a new Chevy 1-ton and had that exast problem recently. Don't see it often though.
