Well the new truck bug bit us. Started out building & pricing a 2500 SLT. Compared that to a Bighorn and thought the Bighorn to be a better deal package wise, so we went to a dealer to look at 2014 trucks. After test driving one, the salesman showed us a Larime. My wife was hooked on the interior comfort and features. We ended up ordering a 2015 2500, 4x4 Larime CCSB,370hp,68RFE, Air Suspension, 5th wheel prep,8.4w/NAV and a whole lot of other goodies. I was shocked when my wife said she wanted the Larime, but who was I to argue? We will be trading the '05 in my sig. I only hope the 2015 is as good as the '05 has been. It is going to be a long 6-8 weeks waiting for the new ride!

The only times I miss my 2005 dually is at payment time for the 2013. The rest of the time, especially towing and slowing down with the e-brake towing the 17K trailer, I'm happy as a clam.

This is pretty much my story also.........Thought I wanted an SLT like my 01, drove one but wasn't too impressed......then drove a Tradesman, nice but ehh.......Hopped in a Big Horn, hey this is nice, drove great, liked the options, let's deal! Chatting with the salesdude about price and such......out his window there is a big, white shiny 3500 sitting in the corner. He says it was sold but deal fell through, and it's a Laramie anyway. I thought what the heck, even though I didn't want anything that fancy, I should at least look.....right? He tossed me the fob and said go drive it for fun, even though it's not what you want.....Big mistake........

I went into the dealership to look at a 2014 Tradesman with the appearace upgrade dually. They gave me a 2013 Big Horn to test drive while they dug out the 14 out of the back. I took home a well loaded 13 Big Horn for the same price as the 14 and glad I did.

It will be worth the wait I went looking for a GMC to replace my 2004 Silverdado Duramax that has been a great truck and as part of my research looked at the Rams as well . Very disappointed in the GMC and blown away by the Laramie The interior , paint quality , features , new suspension , new frame , Cummins power plant . Here in Boise I found a fresh off the truck white and sliver 2500 4X4 Laramie crew 68 rfe auto a month ago and am in love . What a solid refined truck it is . Chrysler has taken the 2014 Ram to a new level

Well finally The truck has made it to NY at the distribution terminal by train. The dealer said it is scheduled to be delivered to him next week. Cant wait to get it. Really anxious to see how the air suspension rides.
