Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) new turbo

I have heard a rumor of a new ball bearing turbo coming out soon. I have a buddy that use to drag race cars. He said that ball bearing turbos are awesome because they spool up faster, stay cooler, and last longer than the other turbos offered for our trucks now. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Stay tuned over at the competition forum. Theres some guys playing with a few right now. There a tight lipped bunch with all the R and D going on and the competition season coming up but still is fun to read every once in a while.



Hey jay, can you imagine a huge set of twins spooling SOONER than an HX-35 12? Makes me want to consider a second mortgage
