Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No boost and hard start????

I need a little advice here. I have a 99 3500 5 speed, 100hp injectors, Old van aiken plug and play fuel box, Intake and 5" exhaust with exhaust brake(its not stuck closed) I parked it 2 months ago and it ran fine. I went to drive it and it was hard to start, and will not build boost. I checked all the intercooler/turbo boots, they are good. I took out and inspected the turbo, wastegate is closed tight, turbo is perfect. Fuel pressure is 12 psi and up at all times. I get no codes indicating problems with the VP. I get a code for map and one for the turbo. Does this sound like a map issue to you guys?? I am goin to try a map sensor in the am. I am looking for any helpfull feedback if you guys have any ideas.

I would pull the Van Aiken out and see what happens.

I would also check what NIsaacs mentioned. The MAP code is probably due to the lack of boost, but which specific codes did you get?
