Hi

My noise fliter I think has went bad. It worked great for years and I can't find where I bought it from. Thanks for any help.

Thanks Regcabguy

That's the one I have on my truck. Called DTT they were very helpful, they said they hardly ever went out unless they get wet. They ask when it started doing it? I told them I just put in new batteries and they told me to have them checked. Bingo, sure enough one was bad even though it was new.

Thanks for the help.

DTT good folks. Doesn't that tick you off 2 new batteries and one is dead? Where'd you get the batteries from?

Autozone, they tryed to tell me that batteries didn't have anything to do with the Trans. I asked if any of them ever owned one. They said no and I said put a new one in it. I'm getting short with people in my old age. Hopes this might help someone else out.

I have read several other threads involving the TC lockup problem and filters etc. I have done all the other fixes and things would be OK for a while and then the hunting would start all over again. I just installed the Navone filter yesterday and so far I haven't felt any hunting of the TC. Here is hoping that it is fixed once and for all.
