I have just installed a South Bend 3600lb Dual Disc w/12 ceramic buttons. I drove it down the road for the first time and it shudders when the truck is lugged. Is this normal until the clutch is broken in.
Also, There is a vibration when the clutch is engaged while idleing but goes away when the rpm's are raised.
And when the clutch is pushed in i can here the pilot bearing. Like it is worn out. Is this just the difference in the new pilot bearing and an old input shaft being worn different.
This is my first dual disc and i was just wondering if these are normal and if they will go away during break-in.
