I talked to the guy at Orangevale Diesel yesterday. I am going to go down and dyno there next week to compare numbers to the dyno up in Fortuna. It is fairly close to me, but not for some. I don't think they have done diesels before.

Where is the dyno facility at and who's is it. I'd like to go

Ron, did you get a chance to check it out. I put on a dyno here last year at a import shop and it ended up being a big mess and last 12 hours to do 10 trucks. I was just hoping this would not be the same.

TJ, It was still fun. They were just a little too concerned about that wonderful black smoke. I would come up again for the chat time.

Yes. You had to back into the shop and on to the dyno and it was a very small shop. It was only about 10 or 12 feet wide and 30 feet deep.

LOL TJ the funniest part of the "smoke control" was when they went to Home Depot to get some vent tubing and then ran it through the showroom and out the front door!

Do not laugh that was custom. :D

It was kind of funny to see a bunch of black smoke comming out of that silver pipe sticking out the front door.

Well I tried to add a picture but it doesn't look like it worked

I pm'ed RonA the same ? I asked in the furom and his has been on and not responded to the post or the pm. I guess it did not turn out good but I will still go.

Sorry, I've been busy. I talked to Dean and he said that the dyno had light rollers and he could not apply much additional load. Slower spooling trucks may not do well.
