With Cummins owners there's a common law, "There shall be no such saying as All work and no play" and it shall be written,So sayeth WOWZY.

That goes for Jason also.

WOWZY is correct, Jason may be on vacation (I'm sure he could use one). As NW Custom consists of one employee (Jason), he wears a lot of different hats. He is the company salesman, R&D department, fabrication division and shipping department. If that weren't enough, he also runs a detail shop he owns in his "spare" time. As Andy (Perreault) once told me when I was becoming impatient (prior to becoming a first time customer), sometimes he is hard to get in touch with, but his products are DEFINITELY worth the wait! Bear in mind NW Custom is not large enough to be a full time business. Jason also has a wife and two small children... everyone can see the need to have a stable income hence, the second business. Oh, Did I forget Jason and his wife are on the volunteer fire department in their hometown?

I will add one thing more, Jason may be hard to get a hold of, but the pride in his work is only matched by his EXCELLENT customer service! Really! He spent a tremendous amount of time with me trying to accomodate my requests as well as making all the products I ordered from him work together with numerous, previously installed (aftermarket) accessories.

Thanks Jason! #ad

Thank you for the response, I wasnt bad mouthing him , not sure if thats the way I come over with my post. I am really looking forward to these flaps. I was just wondering why maybe they didnt say the shop was shut down so customers dont know why they dont return the call.
I too work full time for a Career Fire Dept, Just recently got married (best move ive made) Remodeling house, and own a small home/internet business, and when i go on vacation i just leave a message on my machine and web site. Thats all, when he calls me back i will definetly thank him for doing so and how highly recomended he came. Beleive me i am very patient and with what you said i can fully understand he needs a vacation. Again thank you for your posting

John, he sold the detail business, and he's concentrating on Northwest Custom full time. Gail says sometimes he doesn't come home until 1:00am. Like you said, though, when the fire call comes, he has to drop everything and go. Also, on top of having two kids, Gail also works as a full time nurse!
Who knows, maybe they're helping fight the wild fires in Montana or Idaho?
Andy

Tom (TRPRODUCT), I'm not sure if Jason has updated his website to reflect this however, he offers his mud flaps in either diamond plate aluminum (as Andy has) or brushed stainless steel (as I have). The price for either is the same. For those of you that have a 2500 Ram you have your choice of 12" wide rear mud flaps or 18"... he makes mounting kits for either version... again, the price is the same irrespective of your choice.

Jason is also producing his rocker panel covers in brushed stainless steel as well as the standard, polished stainless steel version. In addition, he has also added another cutout to his rocker panels : "Cummins" (block lettering) "Power" (script lettering) which look exactly like the plastic emblems offered through Geno's Garage. WOWZY has the "Cummins" cutouts in his NW Custom rocker panels (just to give you an idea).

VERY NEAT stuff! #ad

TRPRODUCT, you can view the NW Custom brushed stainless steel mud flaps on Scott Dalgleish's Ram in his column, "The Second Time Around" in TDR issue 26, page 41. The front mud flap is shown although there has been a design change... the illustrated mud flap mounting bracket has only a 1" step back whereas the later versions have the 2. 5" step on the front flaps, 5" on the rear. This was the first set of brushed stainless steel mud flaps Jason produced, I have the second set. Both the diamond plate aluminum and the brushed stainless steel versions look great! Which ever version you decide upon you can be assured your Ram will look real #ad

Kat, I loved the music! #ad
I swear, you must have forgotten more about computers than I know! My (almost) 5 year old daughter especially liked your charicature graphic of the person typing on the computer and Felix the cat! #ad
