NOX sensor UO59F not covered under warranty? I have a 2017 3500 SRW and it threw a code toady UO59F. I cleared it with my scan tool(although truck might have cleared itself)I have Max care

Thats part of emissions which is 7 yr ,not sure of mileage . Doing this from memory

Federal emissions warranty is 5 years/50K miles.

The way my max care document reads it would be covered, but that doesn’t mean @JPM’s reads that way.

My third party warranty service covers everything except for the DPF and DOC itself. All pipe sensors/electronics and the entire SCR system is covered -- specifically spells it out too. Very thorough.

I'd find it hard pressed to believe that a Mopar MaxCare warranty would be lesser than a third party warranty.

That's pretty much how my max care reads.

Checked the wiring underneath the truck everything seems intact and tight,(what f'in mess of wiring) topped up the DEF, the fuel and drove around. The code did not come back.
