Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) np241DHD I need a grant!!!!!

i'm on my second transfer case this one lasted almost a year!! woohoo i am getting 35psi got a #10 plate am i realy putting that much hp on the ground? do they make a stronger t. c. the first one was rebuilt 3 time before i swapped it out(with a used one). now i got snap rings floating around behind the pto cover (and a hell of alot of noise)just a yr later. i'm afraid to rebuilt this one only to have it brake again. do they make something stronger? yea i drive hard and fast and i got 33s w/3. 54 gears. what can i do i'd hate to loose power.

don't know where you are but there is a very reasonable price place for new and rebuild transfer cases in Oakland Ca... . do not remember the name and link not in this 'puter... e-mail CSutton [TDR member] and ask him the name of the place. . below most rebuild prices for new

Thanks guys we opened the case and it was the rear snap ring that came apart this time and caused everything else to brake so i ordered that snapring replacment..... drive safe
