Fuel Tax; Circle the Wagons?

How about a Dyno Day in Las Vegas?

Hey Vaughn, be great if you could make it down for the event. Heck, bring NWP down with ya too #ad
Maybe "Gary the Hun" will be up to some pillageing and plundering by then #ad

Mike V. that would be a good idea, make camp at the same hotel so we can keep a couple sentrys on watch #ad
We'll park the Rams in a circle.

Hey all count me in , my home park is in Kingsburg not to far away that means camping for free not a bad deal. :)

Are these events kid freindly or are we all just there for the free beer? What can I expect to gain from an event like this? I had better get some questions together on paper cause I have a few . All this talk about 300+hp has got me curious!!!! I'm all stock at the moment and don't want to mess with warranty. I'd rather go to an event a little closer to home... Any in the works?
Tim

I have a list of most of the Calif and western pulls in the northern region. The farthest south pull that I have on this list is Bakersfield Oct 1. The first and not the last pull I went to was put on by cmpulling.com. There are some more events there. Adam

My new 3500 should be here mid-September #ad
. Thanks for the hotel information, I will try to make a reservation tomorrow! Hopefully I can get one of the ten rooms in Tulare, LOL. Heck, I will be surprised if they do have soap and if you can't see through the towels #ad

Some of us are planning to hang our hats at the Comfort Suites although I don't have a number and I did not see it on the link that DieselRam left. I will call down there to obtain a number and leave it on this topic.

HVAC,
Sent you an e-mail about the number for the Comfort Suites. Need to post it so we can circle the Rams. Found it best to circle em' with their tails out and feed diesel, leave em runing and the noise and smell keeps the critters away.

Hey guys I went for a drive up to Tulare to Check out the Hotel/Motel Scene. The Comfort Suites Looks ok,But the Hawthorn Inn & Suites Looks Better, With Better Parking and A Nice Pool Area. The Lobby in the Hawthorn Inn And Suites looks like A Colonial Type Mansion. Rates are $64. 95 for a Queen, $69. 95 for a King per nite, this includes a Hot breakfast wih bacon and eggs/toast, They also have a "in Room" Wet Bar too. There is also a Meeting room off of the lobby.
Heres the Tulare Phone #559-685-9500.
Reservations Can be Made tollfree at 1-800-527-1133.
They also have a web site too at www.hawthorn.com

Oh I forgot to say that the Hawthorn Inn & Suites is about five Mins from the event site at the Agri-center. I have sent HVAC a video clipping of the place too,Maybe he can post it. I have no way of doing the High Tech Stuff.
Doug.

BTW, As of Yesterday, the manager said there are plenty of rooms for the October weekend of 21st and 22nd. So far!. Every thing looks open at this time with no Reservations being made For Oct just yet.

Sounds like something to do in the nice October weather! I wouldn't worry about it being to hot. Wind might blow a bit.
How about recreation vehicle, trailer, camper, fifth wheel type parks in the area? I know that's not normally a destination place for most vacationers but it is close to the entrance to the Sierras, so there must be something around? It would be nice to get all rv'rs in the same spot.
Huh?

BPINE has sold his house on wheels and has sucessfully moved the pick up of above mentioned device to friday so it looks like I will be going with HVAC for the day. No I will not be riding in the overvalved Ram I will bring old trusty. She might be slower but she always makes it home with no electrical glitches.

If you have not seen this phenomenal display of diesel horsepower before you will need to be diaper equipped and sign a waiver! #ad

Fasten your seatbelts and put your trays in the upright positions cause your gonna go face first into the world of hyper diesels! This is not recommended for the weak of heart or opacity sensitive!!! These are SMOKERS for heavens sake #ad
