I don't know if anyone else has put OEM cruise control on a stick shift, but I am posting the parts needed to add cruise to a non computerized Cummins. Installation is plug & play, NO wiring needed.

Parts needed,
Cruise Control motor/cable, (Possible source 91 Dakota/mini van)

Cruise Control Module(found under the dash, next to the park brake & used on the 89-91 Cummins w/auto).

Brake light switch w/cruise (got mine from a 89 Ramcharger)

Steering wheel controls for cruise(got mine from a 91 Dakota & don't forget to get the piece under the steering wheel for wiring).

The installation is a piece of cake, plug in the parts and Cruise. I got the module and cruise motor from "Don Scharf Automotive" in Northern Wisconson, 800-338-4002 #ad

Good to hear that. I have bought everything but the module for mine. Since I have not test driven it yet, I am still waiting. Which steering wheel do you have? Mine is the from from the 91 1/2 I got the motor from.
Since mine has the body computer, do I need the module you refered to or is it all in the computer behind the battery?

On the 91. 5 and up I am told that the Cruise Control module is built into the brain behind the battery. As for the Steering wheel, I have a "early" 91 steering wheel, but I think it is still the same until 93. Remember to NOT try turing the wiring adapter behind the wheel without pressing on the release first. Also in 91. 5 and up OEM cruise was availble on standard shift trucks.
Does anyone know why Dodge DID NOT have cruise control on 89-91 standard shift "Cummins" trucks ?

That is what I assumed by looking at the wiring diagrams. My 91 1/2 steering wheel is diff than my 92.
