OEM Wheel flare mounting

Could anyone tell me how the oem/powerwagon flares mount to wheel opening?

New holes,clips, screws, existing holes... ?



Any and all info appreciated.

I am interested in doing the PW flares too but I am still having visions of the old 70's and 80's flares with the sand and dust behind them causing rust problems...

The instructions for the rear flares say to remove the existing bolts holding the small inner liner in place; mount the flare using the existing holes; drill 3 new holes in the fender lip; install screw clips; mount the flare. The front is almost the same except you need to move/remove the badge(03-05).
