Sounds like the thing to do would be to deduct your vehicle operating expenses on your income tax statement... that $0. 40 per mile IRS credit adds up fast (especially since my CTD only costs me about $0. 20 per mile to operate). Of course, if you're burning bootleg fuel that might not be such a good idea after all... it would be kind-of awkward to get audited and have to show the IRS guy your untaxed fuel receiptsI burn about 50 gal a week driving for work [... ] with no fuel compensation.
