I'll be trying to get a concensus together at Doug's party re: getting MWTDR organized -- although that will be low-key and secondary since that's not the point of the get-together.

Don't have a location for April 10th yet. Famous Dave's have a party room? Did they fire their last several cooks and hire someone that knows something about BBQ? Has someone at Famous Dave's realzied BBQ isn't partially cooked and boiled meat with a bath in sauce?



... Famous Dave's Downtown has been good when I've eaten there but the last 4 times in West Omaha it's been raw, boiled, chewy, icky slop.

Gene, Omaha is tolerable. I'm just not a fan of big towns. "Greater Nebraska" has more to offer IMHO. And we do have better steaks in Columbus.

Yep AGrubbs; we're getting another get-together organized. It will likely be in mid to late June and will also be the kick off for the official MWTDR chapter.

I agree... . my Saturdays are taken. (As quoted by one of my customers... "Um excuse me..... I WORK!!!) lol
