Thought you all would enjoy this!
You will need a cheapo pump with guage from Wally World
Electrical parts from Radio Shack, switch, wire, in-line fuse, connectors
Air plumbing parts from Ace, tubing, fittings, quick connects, hose clamps, chuck, zip ties, etc.
Voila!
Take the pump out of its case and fit it where ya can, it sits upside down between the airbox and the storage under the seat. There is a guage and a switch.
-
Cut stock compressor tubing near pump, use barbed fitting to tie in new hose with female quick connect and run to rear shock pre-load knob
-
Run wires around airbox to storage between tanks, wire in in-line fuse, hook directly to battery
-
Make up other hose with chuck and male quick connect on it, plenty of length for front tire
-
And rear
-
Hose goes in under-seat storage next to tools when not needed
-
Fills a tire in 3 minutes from 0-32 psi
