On dash monitors

Hello all,

Question- Do I need a heads up monitor in addition to the stock gauges that come with my 18’ 4500 C&C?
I’ve seen several on amazon and I’m looking to learn more about what they do etc.

The guages you really need are already built into a display screen. You might want more but I would drive it for awhile to see if you think you need it.

If you say Need and mean Need for technical reasons then the answer is NO.
These new trucks monitor everything themselves and go to limp if it is out of spec.
No way to run them dead.

If you Want more Info then the Edge for sure is a good thing.
