Thank you. Yes, we do have the Popular Group. Just now looking at the sale brochure, one-touch up is NOT available with the Regular Cab but it is with the Crew Cab. How odd is that? I wonder if it's the same switch? I'll have to get the dealer to look at it when I go back to have them program the trailer tow mirrors lights once I install them. My truck did not come with them but did come with a gooseneck mounting system. Talk about nickle and dime...My 18 Tradesman crew cab has it listed as below.
Do you also have the "popular group" , I do not but that adds a few minor things like a key fob.
Also for example I have 4.10 LS rears that is re-listed later on my sheet under the options. The standard is listing 3.73 for my setup. Then it changes to what my option package includes.
My initial guess is with a better handheld programmer you can enable that in the menus, or in the past its been around $135 for my dealers to add minor options to the programming as long as all the parts and pieces are there.
Im never amazed how specific that they get with these things.

Try this hope it works. Hold the down power button until the window is fully down and continue to hold for about 2 seconds then hold the up button until fully up and hold about 2 seconds . Repeat this process and the see it one touch feature works both ways. This process resets the window switch.
