Other than fuel % what gives with these

It means we Cummins owners don't need to worry about it. :) Seriously, I don't know. But, if I were a PSD owner I would be worried too.

The scary part is the other owner saying he has never had more than 2% fuel and last was 1/2%. I run stacked boxes and analyze every oil changes and there has never been any fuel detected!!
 
I've used Blackstone Oil Labs for the past few years. They're a great service because they allow you to see what's going on inside your engine. The different metals detected can tell you about bearing wear (normal or excessive), antifreeze can be found in oil signifying a leak, fuel can be found in oil, silicone can be found telling you that your K&N air filter is not doing its job.



If your engine warranty is soon to expire, that's a good time to send Blackstone a sample. If something shows up, you can go to dealer and get it fixed...



BTW, I've never had anything negative show up in my PSDs.
