In all serious, you'd have to be pretty cold to do that to somebody - they'd be kicking and screaming the whole time. Happened to quite a few people in the Old West days, the Indians didn't always wait until you were dead.



What puzzles me is the whole line about the girl being "disrespectful to women" and therefore not supposed to wear a Mohawk because it's part of the "punk" code or whatever. I never heard that bit before.
