Over-cab marker/clearance lights.....

Anyone add overhead marker/clearance lights to the over-cab? I don't really need them - just like the "big rig" look. I see several aftermarket "kits" available. What are the chances the OE wire harness is in the headliner & all I need to do is mount the lights on my 2012? Fat chance?

I'm pretty it's there on 2012 models. Do a quick Google search. Lots of Dodge/Ram owners have added them.
