So far, I've really liked my truck,, spent to much money on it,, but it was worth it.
It drives a little crooked,, dyno'd @ 457HP, has a crystal claer LOUD sound system,, doesn't have brake pull, starts every morning, gets 12. 5 MPG, runs a 15. 3 @ 95MPH in the 1/4, still pulls 30,000+ pounds occasionally,, and daily whoops up on PSD's, D-Maxs, and some Mustangs and Camaro's.
Would I do it again today? No, I'd buy an '03 and do the same thing,, would I do it again back in '00 ? You Betchya! What would I change??
I would do EGR Brakes ASAP,, best money Ever spent on this truck,dual lift pumps, THEN injectors and PE COMP immediatly buy a 13" SBC (skip the 12" if you want high HP
and tow) The HX-40 is noce with an 18 housing but it needs fuel to really shine (I have fuel

)
It's been fun, and I look forward to owning an '03 (Someday)
