I have been having trouble getting anything over 26psi boost lately and that's with both the Juice and the EZ installed. I should be easily able to hit 40+, I never use the higher levels. It's been cold here and my whole truck is covered in roadsalt so I waited until I got it cleaned out to start wondering what else it could be.

Along with the low boost has been very high EGT's. I can quickly and easily hit 1400* with the Juice on "0" and EZ on it's lowest setting. I decided before I do any damage I should pull the EZ out. I've only started the truck once since removing the EZ, and this code shows up along with the CEL.

P0069 MAP-Barometric Pressure correlation.

Do the two have anything to do with each other. I haven't taken the truck down the road yet as I am also working at tracking down a wiring issue with the trailer.

TIA

As far as I can tell, everything related to the intercooler is as it should be. No "loose" connections or visible/audible holes. I have to drive past my dealer tomorrow so I might stop in and see if they can pressure test it. Funny thing is, I have next to nothing as far as smoke goes. A month or so ago this pig would belch smoke like mad with both chips on.

I got it to the dealer yesterday and they ran every test they could think of pertaining to my problem. It past everything "with flying colors". $71 later I pulled the Juice and headed home. 500 miles later (today) with everything running fine, I plugged the Juice back in. The connection down on the side of the block (datalink?) went together very difficult. Truck ran perfect on the way home. Boost up where it should be and EGT's down where they should be. I'm guessing I didn't have that connection all the way together before. $71 well spent.

The P 0069 was set when the truck was "off". I didn't know they could do that. It set when I pulled the EZ out somehow. It's gone now.
