If I run my truck on a dyno that gives a printout of hp and torque over an rpm range should a pump shop be able to tell me if the governer was shutting the fuel of early by looking at the graph? It costs $150 to dyno and takes 4hours out of my day. It takes all day to r/r the pump and 7 to 10 days to ship, test and return if I send it to a pump shop. I hate to go to all that trouble if it's something simple. But I just don't think this thing revs high enough.
