I've had a Pac Break installed for quite a few years without any problems. While on vacation I had some work done on the truck in WY and break no longer engaged. Looked for pulled vac line to no avail. Drove back to Cali w/o and realized why I bought one in the first place. Once home I rechecked the vac lines and verified that wasn't the problem. Checked electrical and needed more information than was on install sheet. The folks at Pac Break got me information needed. I want to thank Pac Break, especially Chris Lacey, for working with me on calls i made. It turned out to be that when work done in WY on truck, throttle switch was bumped and needed to be readjusted. Thanks for the great customer service.
