If you have to park on an incline, is it best to park nose up or nose down. My driveway is sloped and parking nose down would keep the rear-axle gear oil up by the pinion gear, but what about the engine oil?
I guess I’m asking where the oil pump is and which position would help get oil to the engine quicker when starting cold in the morning. Perhaps it really doesn’t matter? Perhaps it depends on the amount of incline. I don’t know the degree of incline of my driveway; so just in general, what do you think is best: nose up or nose down?
