Passenger side negative cable rubbing against inter cooler boot to turbo ?

What’s the best way to fix this. One video showed using a tie wrap to pull the cable away from the boot. I think taking the boot out and putting something in between the two might be a better fix. But what?

Can you loosen the cable terminal and rotate the cable away from the boot?

No, pull it away.
Everything in-between will rub the hose as it expands and contracts under various pressures.
Nothing should touch these hoses.
